Most people who write to us are buying for a shop, a catalogue or a brand of their own, and the first question is nearly always some version of the same one: what does it actually take to order from Nepal? This is the plain answer, in the order things happen.

1. The enquiry

Send us a note through the enquiry form with as much of this as you have:

  • which products, by name or SKU
  • roughly how many of each
  • where the goods are going
  • any date you have to hit
  • whether you want your own packaging or branding on them

You do not need all of it settled before you write. Quantities and dates move around; it is easier to give you a useful answer from a rough list than from no list.

2. Minimum order quantities

Every product on this site carries its own minimum order quantity, and it is printed on the product page next to the piece itself. They are not the same across the range, so it is worth checking the products you actually want rather than assuming one number covers everything.

If what you need sits under a minimum, tell us anyway. It is better to hear where we stand than to leave the range out of your order on an assumption.

3. Samples

If you want to handle a piece before committing to a run, ask for a sample when you enquire and we will come back on what it costs and how long it takes. For anything you are putting your own name on, we would rather you saw it first.

4. Your own design

A good part of what we make each year is developed with the buyer rather than picked off a list. Box and bag colours, cushion fabrics and bowl finishes can be matched to your range. Printed boxes can carry your own design or your logo, and singing bowls can be etched with a mantra or a pattern of your choosing.

Send the quantities and the idea, even loosely, and we will come back with options.

5. Packing and freight

Each piece is wrapped and packed into its gift box or bag, then into strong export cartons. We ship worldwide by air freight, courier or sea freight from Kathmandu.

How long it takes depends on the quantity and the destination, so we confirm it with your quotation rather than quoting a number here that would not hold for your order.
